Hello! This story was originally written in Tagalog. For you guys who don't read or speak Tagalog, I added the English version of the script for the pages with dialogue below, just for you! Sorry for the trouble, but I hope you enjoy it anyway!
Notes:
Aieee!!! I messed up big time on the last page. The tree that sprouted out of the ground was supposed to be a balete tree, otherwise known as the strangling fig, said to be the dwelling place of spirits in Philippine mythology. The tree in Page 10 was clearly not a balete tree. I'll have to redraw it later, but for now, let's keep moving forward with the story!
This comic is proving to be a continuous learning process for me, especially in terms of coloring. Being color blind makes it incredibly difficult for me to color without someone else helping me out.
